The new system features a gravimetric direct dosing unit integrated into a twin-screw extruder, enabling the efficient production of 3-layer PVC pipes with a highly filled middle layer, without the need for premixing.
This advanced technology reduces energy consumption, minimizes machine wear, and allows for greater flexibility in material use. With an impressive output of 750 kg/h, the upgraded line delivers smooth, high-quality pipe surfaces suitable for critical infrastructure applications.
