Bahrain Asphalt (BA) had been awarded the infrastructure and pavement construction works for the First International Airshow held in Bahrain in 2010. BA completed this fast track project in a 6-month period which is a commendable achievement. The project included earthworks, drainage works, sewerage works, electrical works and lighting; as well as construction of access roads, aprons, taxiways, airfield lighting, etc.

The first Bahrain International Airshow, held on January 21-23, 2010, attracted major international companies specializing in military, civil aviation and support services.
