Completed in 2006, Shaikh Isa Library occupies a prime location and serves as a landmark for Bahrain, it was entrusted to Haji Hassan Readymix for concrete supplies.

The library project was divided into two parts. Building A comprised of the library, while Building B accommodates the main conference center. The library houses over 250,000 titles and audio visual items.
