•     Storm Water Network

•     Foul Sewer Network

•     Potable Water Network

•     Irrigation Network

•     Electrical Distribution Network (22nos. Substation, Medium Voltage and Low Voltage cables)

•     Street lighting

•     Telecommunication Network Provisions
