The Al Hidd Bay Development project is located north of the existing Investment Gateway Bahrain (IGB) Phase 1. The project includes all required infrastructure services within its boundary, built to meet Bahrain Standards.

The scope of works includes the following:

•     Road Signs and Markings

•     Storm Water Network

•     Foul Sewer Network

•     Potable Water Network

•     Irrigation Network

•     Electrical Distribution Network (22nos. Substation, Medium Voltage and Low Voltage cables)

•     Street lighting

•     Telecommunication Network Provisions
