East Sitra Link (stage-1):
BPC designed, produced and installed precast concrete Barriers single & double faced type of approx. Length of 5,285m
The project scope of works consists the following along with the key quantities:
• 10 Box Culverts each consisting of 120nos. of bored in situ piles with Concrete protection internally & externally with approach slab and rock revetement all around and 5nos. of flap valves including Cathodic protection System to both culverts.
• Retaining Walls for 750m length, with Reclamation Works at 2 Culvert locations including 40,250 m3 Rock revetment works
• Storm Drainage Works for 6.6km including 0.9km of parallel pipe installation and 117 nos. of Manholes
• 4.36km of main highway construction including 4 New Traffic Signals, 5,435 m of Median concrete barriers, 14,890 m of Steel Crash Barriers, 4,010 m of pedestrian fence, 350m of Hand railing and 3,720 m of Ornamental Fence including LV & Street Lighting, Footpath Construction & Landscaping works.
• Lift Station with Bored in situ Piles – 750mm dia. 22 no’s, Structural Works with Overhead Crane and Compound Wall, Gate, Street Lighting & Access Road
