HHG worked in joint venture with Six Construct and Rizzani De Eccher on the construction of North Manama Causeway project, which included the upgrade of King Faisal Highway / Al Fateh Junction into a 2-level grade separated junction spanning 1.6 km, and constructed with an elevated flyover.

The work included the construction of a twin glued segmental viaduct, measuring 1.42km each with single cell box girders, 8 span 237m long pre- stressed concrete viaduct, 2.42 km three to four lane dual carriageway. It also included the reconstruction of a 1.6km road along Al Fateh Highway and its intersections with King Faisal Highway.

It is the highest valued Ministry of Works funded contracts to date, providing access to Bahrain Bay and Bahrain Financial Harbor Harbor and link to the proposed Northern Ring Road.
