BPC design, supply, produced and installed the precast concrete elements for the full structure of the villas including its boundary walls in light beige coloured concrete. (total build-up area 5,575m2, 1,115m2 each villa)

The Precast elements consist of:

• Insulated load bearing wall panels
• Solid non-load bearing wall panels
• Parapets
• Hollowcore slabs
• Staircases
