  Proficient in managing complex business, labor, and credit claims, including coordinating with external lawyers.
  Exceptional bilingual communication (written/spoken English & Arabic) to represent the company before official courts and authorities.
  
• Qualifications:
  Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  Deep and comprehensive familiarity with Bahraini Civil Law and Labor Law.
  Sound practical knowledge of Company Registration (CR) renewals, amendments, and compliance requirements.
