• Experience level: 5–6 years of experience as an HSE Officer within the building material manufacturing field.
  
• Skills:
  Expert in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
  Skilled in delivering safety training, leading emergency drills, and managing HSE reporting.
  Strong ability to promote a proactive safety culture and monitor contractor compliance.
  
• Qualifications:
  Bachelor’s Degree.
  Must hold NEBOSH IGC 3 Certificate and Ministry of Works (MOW) Approval.
  Strong understanding of local HSE compliance policies, regulations, and standards.
